Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Patient Access Representative II to manage scheduling and deliver outstanding patient and clinic experiences across Forefront Dermatology clinics. The role emphasizes efficient handling times, accurate documentation, and collaboration with leadership for staff development.

The PAR II ensures timely responses to patient access needs and may lead special projects. Strong customer service, computer proficiency, and multitasking are essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent medical office experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Proficient in basic computer functions and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments following company protocols and provider schedules.
• Follow quality procedures including schedule accuracy and documentation.
• Meet department KPI metrics (e.g., quality, handle time, speed of answer, abandonment).
• Responsible for turnaround time for outbound tasks including referrals.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Leadership for development and skillsets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service by patient access staff, including de-escalation.
• Work on special projects as needed.
