Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding Arkansas dermatology practice. The role is outpatient, full-time, with high autonomy and physician mentorship, no hospital calls, and a supportive multi-site clinic setting.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care, including skin biopsies and minor excisions, while maintaining EMR documentation and collaborating with the supervising physician.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Board-certified dermatologist supervision through a residency.
• 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology experience.
• Ability to practice independently with off-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventative education for patients.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Work with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
