Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an outpatient dermatology practice in Arkansas. You will provide independent evaluations, medical treatments, and routine procedures at a multi-site clinic with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon.

The role emphasizes autonomy in managing patient care, with a strong emphasis on clinic flow, documentation, and collaborative support.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Arkansas (or eligible for immediate licensure)
• Board-certified dermatologist supervision required
• 1–2 years dermatology practice experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic workflows when supervisor is off-site

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions)
• Conduct full-body skin examinations and cancer screenings
• Manage daily patient volume with physician collaboration as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with clinical support staff for efficient patient flow
