Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Arkansas seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to staff its expanding second clinic. This full-time, outpatient role offers high autonomy with direct mentorship from a Mohs surgeon.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures, manage a busy outpatient schedule, and document thoroughly in the EMR. Eligible candidates must hold an Arkansas NP license and dermatology experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Formally trained under a board-certified dermatologist (MD/DO who completed an ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows when the supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin exams, cancer screenings, and patient prevention education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and positive patient experiences.
