Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for an expanding outpatient dermatology practice in Arkansas. This full-time role offers high autonomy with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon, focusing on outpatient care in a multi-site clinic.

The position requires 1–2 years of dermatology experience, Arkansas NP licensure, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong documentation and patient-focused care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Board Certified Dermatologist-trained (MD/DO who completed an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin exams, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
