Job summary

An established dermatology practice in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to staff its expanding second clinical office. Outpatient only, with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon, you will manage an active patient panel including skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care.

Responsibilities include independent outpatient care, biopsies, cryotherapy, full-body exams, cancer screenings, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas.
• Board-certified Dermatology training or equivalent residency experience.
• Strong ability to work independently with off-site supervision when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures and skin biopsies as needed.
• Conduct full-body skin exams and cancer screenings with patient education.
• Manage daily patient volume and document in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
