Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an established Arkansas dermatology practice. This full-time, outpatient position offers high autonomy with physician mentorship in a multi-site clinic.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures in a supportive environment. Requirements include an active Arkansas NP license (or eligibility), dermatology experience (1–2 years), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Board Certified Dermatology residency training.
• 1–2 years of dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently with off-site supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin exams and cancer screenings with patient education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and positive patient experiences.
