Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting an Arkansas dermatology practice in hiring a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding second clinical site. This outpatient role offers high autonomy with physician mentorship.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care in a multi-site clinic setting, with emphasis on independent practice and efficient workflow. Credentialing and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Formally trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist.
• 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures including biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventive education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while coordinating with the supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and positive experiences.
