Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an established dermatology practice in Arkansas. This full-time, outpatient position offers high autonomy with mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and no hospital obligations.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures at a second clinic site, with a strong emphasis on independent practice and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Formally trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO with ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin examinations and cancer screenings; provide patient education.
• Manage daily patient volume and collaborate with supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete and accurate EMR documentation; coordinate with clinical support staff for efficient flow.
