Management Performance Associates seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for outpatient positions in Arkansas. The role offers high autonomy, mentor guidance from a Mohs surgeon, and multi-site clinic support.

You will handle skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures. Strong base salary with uncapped 10% collections bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Formación

• Arkansas NP license or eligibility.
• Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO) residency training.
• 1–2 years dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to work independently when supervisor is off-site.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin exams and cancer screenings; educate patients.
• Manage daily patient flow and complete EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient care delivery.
