Summit Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Dermatology to support physicians and team members in a fast-paced clinic. You will prepare exam rooms, assist with patient care, and manage documentation in the EHR and practice management system.

Requirements include a high school diploma, MA program completion, and BLS. 0–1 year of experience is required, with 2–4 years preferred. Travel to satellite offices may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program, required.
• 0-1 year related work experience, required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or within 30 days of hire, required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare examination room and escort patient to the room.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate charting in EHR.
• Assist in scheduling, referrals and appointment management.
• Obtain vital signs and document accurately in EHR/PMS.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed and provide scribing support as required.
