• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must become EMA Trainer within 12 weeks.
• Ability to travel 75-100% of the time to multiple NC locations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training sessions to staff across the organization.
• Maintain high level of customer service for internal and external customers.
• Oversee workflow and enforce policies to maintain efficient clinics and positive work environment.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor training activities for personnel.
• Promote a positive, fair, and open environment within the organization.
• Follow up on problems and inquiries and report outcomes to Regional Director.
• Keep Regional Director informed of staffing issues and relevant information.
• Stay updated on regulations, standards, policies, and practices; HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
