Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This field-based role requires working with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong disease-state knowledge, and hybrid selling capabilities, with travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years with an associate’s degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
• Strong digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and sales in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
