Pfizer in the United States is seeking a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value within assigned accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating reimbursement in both in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in specified paths.
• 3 years+ in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
