Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies via compliant engagements with healthcare providers. You will launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts, connecting with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff in a field-based role.

The position requires 3+ years in pharma sales/marketing, a relevant degree, and an ability to navigate reimbursement. Residency in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with work experience in pharma or related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Valid US driver's license with driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver compliant clinical messaging using approved promotional materials.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams.
