Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. The role partners with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates have strong dermatology knowledge, 3+ years in pharma sales, and comfort with hybrid/digital engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
• Experience engaging dermatology practices and key opinion leaders
• Strong knowledge of dermatology therapies and reimbursement pathways

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff in person and virtually
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials
• Navigate formulary access and patient support resources
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and plan calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy
