Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

This role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort with reimbursement navigation across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with required experience.
• Minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical messages using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
