Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales is seeking a Specialty Care Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers.

You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts. Strong specialty selling, disease-state knowledge, and hybrid, data-driven engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; alternative pathways if warranted by experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of dermatology, immunology, or inflammation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
