Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, screen, and schedule patients.
• Input patient information into electronic health records and support platforms.
• Perform clerical duties related to clinical services and medical reception.
• Manage high-volume reception tasks including phone screening, messaging, and information relay.
• Maintain accurate patient data and support staff and patients.
• Assist with medical record maintenance and office systems.
