Job summary

Praxis Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team in Bend, Oregon. This role mainly handles patient interactions over the phone, welcomes and screens patients, and schedules appointments while inputting accurate information into electronic health records.

On-the-job training is provided to help you learn quickly and perform clerical duties with precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, screen, and schedule patients.
• Enter patient information into electronic health records and other systems.
• Perform clerical duties related to clinical service.
• Handle routine medical administrative inquiries and correspondence.
• Support communication between patients and clinical team via phone.
• Assist in maintaining medical records and scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain office systems and operate office equipment as needed.
• Provide front desk and receptionist support as required.
