Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• One to three years as a Medical Receptionist preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Medical Scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Collect and update patient demographics and financial information.
• Maintain organized reception area and assist with patient flow.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA rules.
