Job summary

The Woodruff Institute in Bonita Springs, FL seeks a Medical Receptionist to join our dermatology and aesthetic care team. This full-time clerical role involves welcoming patients, scheduling, data entry, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience with medical scheduling and EMR software. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Medical Scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Register new patients and update demographics.
• Coordinate patient flow with providers and clinical staff.
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling with proper etiquette.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area and manage supplies.
• Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
