Qualifications
1–3 years recent experience as a Medical Receptionist in a clinical or surgical setting preferred.
Previous experience in Dermatology preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet each patient in a pleasant and professional manner.
Screen calls and schedule appointments and referrals.
Check‑in and check‑out patients.
Proactively collect patient payments.
Track patients in the reception area and communicate with patients as needed.
Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA standards
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Intermediate computer skills and experience in EMR utilization
