Qualifications

• 1–3 years recent experience as a Medical Receptionist in a clinical or surgical setting preferred.
• Previous experience in Dermatology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet each patient in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Screen calls and schedule appointments and referrals.
• Check‑in and check‑out patients.
• Proactively collect patient payments.
• Track patients in the reception area and communicate with patients as needed.

Skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of HIPAA standards

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Intermediate computer skills and experience in EMR utilization
