Dermatology Specialists of Ann Arbor is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support both the Ann Arbor and Dexter offices. This full-time role requires greeting patients, handling phones, scheduling, and assisting the back office with patient flow and payment collection.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years medical front desk experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office. Must be able to work at both locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years medical front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and callers professionally and warmly.
• Answer phones, triage, take messages, and provide hours and services information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using EMR.
• Maintain medical records and HIPAA documentation.
• Collect payments and explain the office payment policy.
