Job summary

QualDerm Partners in Ohio is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to provide accurate patient registration, verify insurance coverage, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dermatology clinic.

You will greet patients, check in/out, handle calls, schedule appointments, and support the Billing Department as needed. High school diploma required; associates preferred; health-care office experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in health care office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Register patients and verify insurance eligibility.
• Enter patient information in the Practice Management System (EMR) and update records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; reschedule No Shows.
• Collect copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide courteous support to clinicians and staff.
