Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to accurately register patients and verify insurance coverage using our medical systems. This role delivers exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.

The position requires a High School Diploma and preferred healthcare office experience, with PRN (as needed) shifts. You will support appointment scheduling, no-show management, and patient inquiries in a fast-paced dermatology setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a health care office is preferred.
• Strong communication and courteous professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage inquiries.
• Register patients in the Practice Management System.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Schedule appointments and manage no-show follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
