Platinum Dermatology Partners in Katy, TX is seeking a capable front desk supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced medical office. You will train staff, manage patient check-in/out, and ensure accurate co-payments and balances while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role requires 2–3 years in a medical office, strong communication and math skills, and EMR familiarity; dermatology experience and some supervisory background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years experience in a medical office.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on front desk tasks and tools.
• Manage copayments, patient balances, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Greet patients and deliver courteous, high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate appointment reminders and schedule adherence; prepare schedules.
• Assist Practice Manager with projects, initiatives, and staff coaching.
