Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and direct messages.
• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments.
• Greet patients and verify/update demographic and insurance information.
• Process check-outs and collect co-pays.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Post charges in the practice management system and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk and waiting area.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining EHR records.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Perform other related duties.
