Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist in the United States to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. This field-based role engages dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Strong knowledge of dermatology and reimbursement is required, with multi-channel engagement in person and digital.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required; alternative combos acceptable as listed.
Experience: 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales or marketing or aligned healthcare provider experience.
Strong understanding of dermatology, immunology, or inflammation therapeutics preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in a specialty dermatology market.
Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management) to address customer needs.
Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
