Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a field-based Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies by engaging with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes compliant, data-driven outreach and access support in person and via digital channels.

You will navigate reimbursement, deliver evidence-based messaging, and collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Strong specialty selling skills and knowledge of dermatology or related disease states

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formularies, reimbursement paths, and patient support resources
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy
