Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Dermatology is seeking a field-based Specialty Care Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies with clinicians and payers. You will engage dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure patient access, and deliver superior clinical value across accounts.

You will navigate reimbursement pathways, use data to prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing; or aligned healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record; DUI/DWI within past 7 years disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution
