Job summary

LEO Pharma Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to represent our dermatology portfolio across a Costa Mesa, CA territory. You will build relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare providers to communicate meaningful product value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; sales/marketing or science related degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of sales experience; Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven record of sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
• Ability to learn technical product information; strong clinical selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work remotely in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational and territory management skills; driving distance required.
• Willingness to travel within and outside territory; some nights/weekends travel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Differentiate value proposition to healthcare providers to create advocates.
• Articulate features, uses, benefits, safety and efficacy of portfolio products.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan and achieve call expectations.
• Coordinate distribution of samples and promotional materials.
• Complete required training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
