Job summary

Leo Pharma GmbH is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to represent our dermatology portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth territory. You will engage dermatologists, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to drive product value, growth, and patient outcomes.

The role is field-based, requiring travel within the territory and strong clinical selling skills to articulate product advantages, safety, and indications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics preferred.
• Proven, documented record of consistent sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to Healthcare providers and stakeholders to develop advocates.
• Articulate features, benefits, safety, and efficacy of LEO Pharma products for relevant patient profiles.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize calls on targeted customers; meet call expectations.
