Job summary

LEO Pharma Inc. in the United States seeks a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to advance the dermatology portfolio by engaging dermatologists and other healthcare providers across the Seattle and Alaska territory, maximizing product value through scientific dialogue and tailored solutions.

You will build strong relationships, differentiate our offerings, and gather market intelligence to adapt sales strategies, while completing required trainings and complying with regulations in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sales/marketing or science background preferred.
• 2–5 years of pharma or Life Sciences sales experience.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology exposure preferred.
• Ability to convey scientific information clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Articulate portfolio features, uses, safety, and efficacy.
• Gather market intel and adapt sales strategies.
• Plan calls to maximize opportunities with targeted customers.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials.
• Complete required training and administrative duties accurately.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
