LEO Pharma Inc. in the United States is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to engage dermatology clinicians, communicate scientific value, and drive strategic territory growth.

In this field-based role covering the greater St. Louis area, you will build clinical relationships, present product insights, manage calls, and align with Marketing, Value Access and Compliance to support innovative dermatology therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years life sciences or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Dermatology, specialty or immunology experience preferred.
• Experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable or office-administered biologics preferred.
• Proven record of sales success in complex markets and product launches.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the territory.
• Differentiate product value toHealthcare providers and stakeholders to develop advocates.
• Articulate features, benefits, safety, and efficacy of portfolio.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies.
• Develop call routing plan and meet call expectations for HCPs and retail calls.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and promotional materials.
• Complete training and administrative duties on time; adhere to laws and policies.
