Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for our Dermatology programs. This field-based role engages with healthcare professionals, researchers, and payers to share data, discuss clinical material, and support investigator-initiated studies.

You will travel regionally and nationally to build relationships and present data that differentiates Organon products. The ideal candidate holds a PharmD/MD/PhD/NP/PA or equivalent and has about five years of

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and to develop and drive scientific engagement goals
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50% when appropriate

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers and other stakeholders in dermatology and geography
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs and researchers
• Collaborate on development and implementation of scientific communication plans and research collaborations
• Train Commercial and internal colleagues on products and indications using approved materials
• Represent Organon at medical meetings to raise awareness and gather real-world insights
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests adhering to policies and procedures
