Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. You will engage with medical and scientific experts, identify investigators, respond to inquiries, and deliver data presentations regionally and nationally.

You will build relationships with HCPs, maintain dermatology expertise, and present data while collaborating on medical communication plans and investigator-initiated trials.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• ~5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50% when appropriate.
• Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced growing business.
• Dedication to delivering results and shaping strategic goals.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products with HCPs and researchers.
• Collaborate on the scientific communication plan and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
• Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings and support Medical Information activities.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information per policies.
