Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role builds long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations, delivering clinical data and balanced scientific dialogue across regions and national meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 50%
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies
• Ability to translate scientific material clearly and credibly

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, payers and other stakeholders
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs and investigators
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research including investigator-initiated trials
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues
• Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings and lead medical information activities
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests adhering to policies
