Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to lead scientific engagement in Dermatology. This field-based role provides medical and scientific support across programs, builds relationships with HCPs, and informs strategy with real-world insights.

You will travel up to 50% locally and nationally, present data, train internal teams, respond to medical inquiries, and collaborate on investigator-initiated studies to differentiate Organon's dermatology portfolio.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• ~5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• ~ Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and to develop and drive scientific engagement goals and objectives.
• ~ Clear understanding of clinical research methodologies and ability to translate material effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, payers and stakeholders in dermatology and geography.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with researchers and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues on products and the conditions they treat.
