Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. You will lead scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals, develop investigator opportunities, and translate data for credible clinical communications.

Based in the United States and able to travel up to 50%, you will collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to shape medical strategy and ensure compliant, evidence-based information across regional

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• ~5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to ~50% locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Strong scientific communication and engagement skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs and researchers.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
• Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national and regional meetings and facilitate Medical Information activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests adhering to policies.
