Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. The role includes engaging with Healthcare Professionals and stakeholders, delivering clinical data, and guiding scientific communication plans regionally and nationally.

The position requires PharmD/PhD/MD/NP/PA or equivalent and ~5 years of clinical or industry experience, with ability to travel up to 50% and work across fast-changing environments. US/PR residents only.

Qualifications

• Clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and drive goals.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies and translation of scientific material.
• Eligible to travel locally, regionally and nationally up to 50%.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and career development focus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced growing business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, payers and stakeholders.
• Maintain dermatology clinical, scientific and technical expertise.
• Present data and conduct balanced dialogue on Organon's products.
• Collaborate on scientific communications and research initiatives.
• Provide scientific training for Commercial and internal teams.
• Support speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
• Represent Organon at national/regional meetings and at the Medical Information booth.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policy.
