Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role engages with healthcare professionals, supports investigator-initiated studies, and delivers balanced clinical information to differentiate products.

Qualifications

• PharmD/MD/PhD/NP/PA or equivalent education required.
• 5+ years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with HCPs and organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs, organizations and stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research facilitation.
• Assist in scientific training for internal teams regarding products.
• Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national/regional meetings to raise awareness and gather insights.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests following policy.
