Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs in a field-based role. You will engage with Healthcare Professionals, payers and researchers, present data, and help shape scientific strategy.

You will travel up to 50% regionally and nationally, collaborating with Clinical Development and internal teams while training staff on product knowledge and disease states. This is a leadership-focused Medical Affairs position.

Qualifications

• PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent clinical degree required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs, payers, and stakeholders in dermatology.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced scientific dialogue with HCPs and investigators.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Provide scientific training for internal colleagues regarding products and conditions they treat.
• Represent Organon at national and regional meetings to drive awareness and gather insights.
