Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, payers, and investigators, presenting data and driving scientific exchange regionally and nationally. Requires clinical or industry experience and ability to travel up to 50% across the US.

US and PR residents only. The candidate will support trainer activities, investigator collaborations and contribute to scientific plans.

Qualifications

• ~5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally and nationally up to ~50%.
• Clear understanding of clinical research methodologies and ability to translate scientific material effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, payers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical dermatology expertise.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
• Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings to raise awareness and gather real-world insights.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in line with policies.
