Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager in Irvine/Long Beach, CA, to support patient access to biologic therapies. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners, reporting to the Field Access Director team.

The position requires a strong background in pharmaceutical access, with 5+ years in the field and experience launching specialty products. Travel is required to support accounts nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role for prescription products preferred.
• Proven ability to launch specialty products and resolve access challenges.
• Understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.

Responsabilités

• Optimize the patient and account experience in field access.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve patient access challenges.
• Educate accounts on patient services and access to solve reimbursement issues.
• Support regional sales, and 5–7 account managers within geographic region.
• Ensure compliance and patient confidentiality in access processes.
• Serve as escalation point for Sales Managers in assigned region.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and HUB services to improve patient journey.
• Act as SME to reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy.
• Educate dermatology customers on patient services through meetings and programs.
