Galderma Laboratories is seeking a Field Access Manager for a field-based role in Long Beach/Irvine, CA. You will assist accounts in obtaining access to Galderma's biologic treatments, educate on patient support services, and support complex reimbursement challenges across a defined geography.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma and 2+ years in access/reimbursement, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is required to cover assigned accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic preferred.
• 2+ years in reimbursement or access roles.
• Experience launching new-to-market specialty products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Assist accounts in gaining access to Galderma's biologic treatment.
• Educate and support accounts on patient services and reimbursement strategies.
• Execute strategic initiatives within a geographic region with regional sales support.
• Ensure compliance, patient confidentiality, and access to care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services for optimal patient journeys.
• Partner with external stakeholders for seamless patient access.
