You will coach a high-performing team, partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Sales, and drive payer access, reimbursement, and patient support initiatives across the US region, ensuring compliant, evidence-based access.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with 5+ years of reimbursement experience.
• 3+ years leading a field reimbursement team; experience in retail & dermatology preferred.
• Extensive experience in retail pharmacy and dermatology coverage and product launches.
• 3+ years in management; strong leadership and coaching.
• Experience with pharmacy distribution services and copay/patient access programs.
• Strong understanding of payer approval processes and business acumen.
• Ability to travel within the US up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Direct oversight of Field Access Managers (FAMs).
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team to support Opzelura and future dermatology launches.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with urgency.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Partner with FAM Training to develop curriculum on education, access, and compliance.
• Escalate access and reimbursement challenges and triage issues.
• Serve as access and reimbursement SME for Incyte dermatology products.
• Collaborate with Market Access leadership to align strategy and KPIs.
• Develop evidence-based strategies with analytics and dashboards.
• Ensure training and compliance across interactions with healthcare professionals.
