Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Dermatology Market Access team, driving access, reimbursement, and affordability initiatives for a launch in medical dermatology. You will execute market access marketing strategies, coordinate speaker programs, and develop patient support materials for providers, patients, and access stakeholders.

The role requires strong execution and project management skills, with experience in specialty biologics and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience.
• Experience with market access, reimbursement, or patient support.
• Experience with specialty biologics, especially dermatology/immunology.
• Experience coordinating speaker's bureau or nurse navigator programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and flawless execution in a complex matrix environment.
• Understanding payer, specialty pharmacy and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic access marketing initiatives to support launch with timely, accurate payer/provider/patient access tools.
• Manage access resourcing execution and deployment of field-based resources.
• Coordinate biologic coordinator speaker's bureau programs, including logistics and compliance.
• Develop and maintain patient support materials, reimbursement guides and field materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Support Services, HCP Marketing, and Field Access teams.
• Support training and enablement for field access and reimbursement teams.
• Lead access-focused analytics to measure program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies in all materials and activities.
