Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a strategic leader to direct centralized clinical support across multiple markets. You will oversee pathology result communication, patient triage and care coordination, biologics program management, and specialty pharmacy coordination.

Collaborating with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and leadership, you will optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive superior patient service and operational excellence nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, healthcare management, or dermatology management.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within dermatology or multi-site healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct management overseeing clinical support, patient coordination, scheduling, and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for centralized clinical support across markets.
• Manage pathology coordination, patient triage, biologics programs, and prior authorizations.
• Ensure compliant workflows, timely patient care, and alignment with organizational goals.
