The Manager, Clinical Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for centralized clinical support functions across all markets and practice locations within the organization. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Pathology Coordination, Patient Triage, and Biologics Programs, ensuring consistent workflows, exceptional patient service, and operational excellence across multiple states.
The Manager oversees teams responsible for pathology result communication, patient triage and care coordination, biologic medication management, specialty pharmacy coordination, prior authorizations, appeals, renewals, and patient assistance programs. Working closely with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, advanced practice providers, and operational leaders, this individual ensures timely patient care, efficient clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals.
